Commissions

Commission records, one per closed deal, with the installment schedule in payment_dates. Commissions cannot be deleted over the API.

Note

If your workspace has commission encryption turned on, encrypted fields come back exactly as stored (enc:…) and must be decrypted with your passphrase on your side. Leasync never sees the passphrase.

List commissions#

GET/commissions

Returns a page of commissions with the compact column set. Combine any of the filters below; every filter is a query parameter.

Query parameters

Query parameters for GET /commissions
Name	Type	Description
`limit`optional	integer	Rows per page, 1 to 200. Default 50.
`cursor`optional	string	The `next_cursor` from the previous page. `offset` is accepted as an alias.
`search`optional	string	Case-insensitive partial match on the client name or space address.
`status`optional	string	`Pending`, `Partial`, `Complete`, or `Overdue`.
`deal_id`optional	uuid	The commission for one deal.

Retrieve a commission#

GET/commissions/{id}

Returns one commission with every field, including notes and tags. 404 if the record does not exist or you cannot see it.

Create a commission#

POST/commissions

Creates a commission from a JSON object of column values and returns the full record with status 201. Requires the write scope.

No delete

Commissions cannot be deleted over the API. A DELETE request returns 405 delete_not_allowed.
