Landlords

Landlords and investors, the principals on a deal. Each record carries two role flags: is_landlord (owns or manages property) and is_investor (buys or sells on sale deals), and a record can be both. Investors keep their buy box in investor_criteria. Without a filter the list returns every principal.

GET/landlords

Returns a page of landlords with the compact column set. Combine any of the filters below; every filter is a query parameter.

Retrieve a landlord#

GET/landlords/{id}

Returns one landlord with every field, including notes and tags. 404 if the record does not exist or you cannot see it.

Create a landlord#

POST/landlords

Creates a landlord from a JSON object of column values and returns the full record with status 201. Requires the write scope.

Send only the fields that change. Returns the full updated record. Requires the write scope.

Delete a landlord#

DELETE/landlords/{id}

Permanently deletes the landlord. There is no undo. Requires the write scope.
