List endpoints return up to 200 rows per call and hand you a cursor for the next page.
Parameters#
List endpoints return at most 200 rows per call (limit, default 50). When a page is full the response includes next_cursor; pass it back as ?cursor= to get the next page. A short page returns "next_cursor": null and you are done.
| Name | Type | Description |

List reads return a compact set of columns for speed. Fetch a single record by id to get every field, including notes and tags.
