Spaces

Spaces and exclusive listings share one resource. listing_type is space for an available space you are tracking or exclusive for a listing your workspace represents. New records default to space; pass "listing_type": "exclusive" to create a listing.

Methods: GET POST PATCH DELETE plus notes. Base URL https://www.leasync.ai/api/v1.

List spaces#

GET/spaces

Returns a page of spaces with the compact column set. Combine any of the filters below; every filter is a query parameter.

Query parameters

Query parameters for GET /spaces
Name	Type	Description
`limit`optional	integer	Rows per page, 1 to 200. Default 50.
`cursor`optional	string	The `next_cursor` from the previous page. `offset` is accepted as an alias.
`listing_type`optional	string	`space`, `exclusive`, or `both`. Default `both`.
`search`optional	string	Case-insensitive partial match on the address or title.
`area`optional	string	Neighborhood, partial match.
`borough`optional	string	Exact borough or submarket name.
`gas`optional	boolean	Filter on gas availability.
`venting`optional	boolean	Filter on venting availability.
`availability_status`optional	string	`Available`, `Leased`, or `Under Contract`.

Retrieve a space#

GET/spaces/{id}

Returns one space with every field, including notes and tags. 404 if the record does not exist or you cannot see it.

Create a space#

POST/spaces

Creates a space from a JSON object of column values and returns the full record with status 201. Requires the write scope.

Send only the fields that change. Returns the full updated record. Requires the write scope.

Delete a space#

DELETE/spaces/{id}

Permanently deletes the space. There is no undo. Requires the write scope.
